Our Collect & Earn program is created for our loyal community of collectors. In short, CrewToons NFTs staked in our WAX DAO farm will earn an APY of 5% on their collection. In this section, we explain in more detail how it works.

Rarity Stake Power for Meta Explorers
Goal of CREWC: Extension of Earth Chips and aim to equalise their value ATLEAST.
Stake CrewToons NFT’s in WAX DAO and earn ~5% APY on them. this 5% is calculated on their Earth Chip Value, meaning how much Earth Chips it costs to get them. We decided on a 5% APY to have a stable growth and to avoid pump & dumps. The main goal of CrewToons is and always will be to satisfy collectors!

Each Rarity gets a calculation on how much hourly stake power it should get to run 5% APY in CREWC, again based on 1 Earth chip = 1 CrewCoin. On top of that each rarity gets a small StakePower boost % and which each rarity a bit higher. We are doing this so it is ALWAYS better to upgrade NFT’s to a higher rarity. For example, a Common gets 1% Boost resulting in the following calculation: (2(EarthChip)*0,05/365/24)*1,01 = 0,00001153 hourly CREWC generation. You can see here for each rarity the hourly yield in the table below.Â

Special Edition Boost
On top of the previous, special Edition NFT’s will get another small buff due to them being special edition. these are like Holiday NFT’s, Christmas, Darth Shrimpy etc. They will all receive a extra stake boost of 1% on top of the above Hourly Yield

Over time Chip Blends will get more expensive. We once start with 3 Earth Chip = 1 Moon Chip, now we are at 4 (and 4 Moon Chip = 1 Mars Chip) and someday we will up it to 5 Earth Chip = 1 Moon Chip. We will only announce that at the same time that we are doing it so we don’t get bumpy roads ahead.
